I wanted to make a simple card using SU! Nature Walk stamp set. I love the images in this set. I just got my new SU! Big Shot. And I'm so excited! I haven't owned this of type machine before. Oh I thought about it, lots! But I just kept sticking with what I had, the very old Sizzix - push down handle - one. It finally broke last year. And since I took a long break from stamping, I just didn't see the need to invest in a new machine.
I used SU! Large Scallop Edgelits die to create the green border. (The die cut smoothly through the paper. I was so impressed!)

I used a hole punch, 2 different sizes, to create the bubbles over the bird cage.
